This Gateway power adapter only worked about a month. Can I get my money returned to me or a replacement?

I will think twice about ordering from amazon in the future if this is the quality of items they sell.

My power cord that came with my laptop was a lot longer than this power cord but it gets the job done.

the product I ordered in the picture and what I recieved are not the same. I am off work this week and would love to use my laptop but can not because I have no adapter. I read on the site that this company is small and has great customer service but have not heard back from them or had a e-mail that they even recieved my e-mail.

My original laptop ac adaptor broke and this product was nice because it was inexpensive and it works great. Only disappointment is how much shorter it was then my original ac adadptor.
