This product makes Skype calls more relaxing for me, I don’t feel like I have to shout into the computer Mic to be heard. Its flexibility allows me to leave it plugged in, so it doesn’t really feel like its in the way for other activities. It securely snaps into the headphone port and the flexible shaft holds it in any direction securely. Very happy I purchased this item.
