laptop batteries

I use my laptop as my main computer. Can you please answer these questions…

Q#1: I constantly have my laptop plugged in, but only when it’s on or in use. Is this a bad thing or no?

Q#2: When the battery of a laptop dies for good, can you buy a new battery and still use the same laptop?

Please answer both questions.

  1. !. the computer battery is a rechargeable battery.Once your battery is charged, the charger stops charging, until the battery power level falls below a set level.
Depending on the power size of the battery it should run unplugged for up to 3 some hours. then the power cord needs to be plugged in to recharge the battery.

    2. The computer will last indefinitely, every battery has a life term.
when your battery’s rechargeable life has ended, you can buy a replacement battery.

I would recommend buying from your computer’s manufacturer, to ensure compatibility.
